When I was growing up in the USA people listened to music on the radio at home and on car radios. These song lyrics by Elvis Presley are meant to lift your spirits today if you are feeling under the weather or lonely tonight.

In this podcast I sing a few lines from the song "Don't Be Cruel". I can't believe I'm talking about this except this music makes me happy and I hope it helps you, too. This episode is really a musical trip down memory lane when I was having the time of my in high school and in love with my boyfriend who was very kind, lived nearby, made me feel safe and played football. Being together on the weekends lifted my spirits and made me feel alive. It was liberating. We didn't make it to the alter. That's just the way things go sometimes.
