Feeding a Family of Four

This is about stocking on food supplies by home cooks during this new surge in covid cases. Panic shopping is back with a run on red meat and other food items. Already there are fewer people inside supermarkets. Many who continue to shop are not wearing masks. Americans are dealing with food shortages this Labor Day weekend trying to stay safe by keeping their distance from other people. This is not about climate change and Hurricane Ida although related in terms of essential food and beverage deliveries. These are very troubling times. Thanks for listening.
