Vera Cheng is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Consultant, Media Expert and the founder of Talk Therapy with Vera (https://talktherapywithvera.com/). She identifies as a 1.5-generation Chinese Canadian and has openly shared the obstacles she has overcome in life that allowed her to accept and challenge herself. These experiences have allowed her to cultivate herself as a therapist and support individuals with similar challenges.


Vera has over 15 years of clinical experience working in community and medical settings with a diverse population ranging from teens to seniors. She is a mental health advocate for the Asian community, and currently works with clients who identify as Asian millennials who struggle with mental health.
