In this story, Mister Kim goes into the big city for the first time. He is amazed at the price of things and is a little uneasy, but he is on a mission. He buys some things for his family, but then finds out about this strange new circle with a very familiar face in it. He brings it back home and there is nothing but trouble. Can the local judge sort things out?
