What started off as an unassuming 900 square foot mixed-use space in Lake San Marcos that once housed a yogurt shoppe, went under a major overhaul and grew to host D’liteful Chocolat’s retail, chocolate room, and patisserie kitchen.

With her background in teaching, Dayleen began partnering with local event venue spaces to host workshops to share her knowledge and passion as a chef. Then COVID hit.
