Southampton competed in two cup ties this week, as Nathan Jones looks to progress Southampton into their first cup final in six years. This week, the boys analyse the loss to Eddie Howes's Newcastle, talking through key moments of the match, with the biggest discussion point being Adam Armstrong's disallowed goal. They then discussed the Blackpool tie, with the Saints able to progress in the FA Cup with a win against Mick McCarthy's men.

The boys then went on to preview the upcoming ties between Newcastle in the second leg of the EFL Cup, followed by a key encounter against Brentford in the Premier League.
