This is Dr. Andrea Willis's story...
I am a doctor, and I have seen firsthand the effects of systemic racism on people's health. It is a problem that we have to address as a system, and it starts with looking at the data and bringing in the right stakeholders. We need to be intentional about our message and make sure that we are representing the community in a way that is respectful and empowering. We also need to make sure that we are providing the right resources and support to people in order to level the playing field.
