Bruce Fordyce is a running legend.
The South African has won his home country's premier event, the gruelling Comrades Ultra-Marathon, an incredible nine times.
His achievements also include winning the London to Brighton race three years in a row, but these days he's more at home taking on a 5km parkrun.
As the chief executive of parkrun South Africa he's completed more than 400 runs and toured all over the world.
