Mikki is a bad-ass runner (she has run a 2-hour 55 min marathon).  She is also one of the most respected nutritionists in the country, with a PhD in food and nutrition as a souvenir of her nine years of study!  Yes. 9 years.  Mikki she spent about the same time at uni as I spent in school!

She has turned herself into a brand and now has a huge online community and her own podcast (Mikkipedia).

The objective of this episode was to introduce you guys to Mikki and her work.  Or allow followers of Mikki to learn more about the person behind the food facts.  We do that in the first half.  Then we get into bit of a Q and A about food, soft drinks, supplements and all things food.
