Lauren is an Alamosa, Colorado native who ran collegiately for Division 2 powerhouse Adam State University. While attending Adam State University Lauren won four individual NCAA D2 Titles and was a 10 x All-American. In this interview Lauren and I discuss the importance of training for the long term, what it’s like to be coached by her father, and her 2:37 debut in the marathon.
