It's our 5th Anniversary this month. As part of the celebration, we will post flashback episodes all month long to celebrate and say thank you. If it were not for you, our Runcation Nation community, we would not have had this show for the last five years, had some of the most amazing experiences, and created lasting friendships in this community.

Next up is an excellent interview with a fellow podcaster, Mike Rahlmann, and an interview with Erick Kanter from Expedition Roasters, all in the same episode!

We have a special interview with Be Our Guest Podcast host, Mr. Mike Rahlmann.  His podcast is an excellent resource for those who travel to Walt Disney World or participate in RunDisney events.  He talks about some great RunDisney race memories that will help us get through this time when we can’t be at Disney crossing that finish line for the Star Wars Rival Run Challenge.

 Mike also helped us out with the eating portion of our show!  He talks about some great meals that he likes to get at Disney for pre-race and post-race meals.  He has done the Dopey Challenge for several years and proves that the carb-loading meal does not have to be pasta.  Although there are great Italian options on the property, Mike loves Olivia’s at Old Key West Resort.  That buttermilk fried chicken and the staff there make it all worthwhile!  We must check it out at the next race!
