Veteran runners know that it’s a misnomer to call running a solo sport. Teams, coaches, spouses, loved ones, and so much more are part of the support many runners have. Having something to run for and someone some people to help you run well matters.In this short-form podcast, I'll be exploring my (John's) own why for running and more specifically my journey towards completing the 2021 Dopey Challenge before I turn 40. We will talk about the highs and lows of training runs, travel tips for planning a running focused trip, all things Run Disney, the importance of being part of a running community, and fueling properly.
