1. Meeting of presidential advisers of the Normandy format on the settlement in the Donbas was held in Berlin; Russia insisted on adopting a legal definition of the status of the Donbas and wants to see the draft amendment to the Constitution of Ukraine. 2. Ukraine calls on international partners to respond, including through strengthening sanctions pressure, to the fact that Russia has forced residents of the occupied territories of Donbas and Crimea to take part in voting on amendments to the Russian Constitution. 3. Ukraine saw a slight decrease in the infection rate:543 new cases over the past 24 hours; eight regions in Ukraine do not meet all the necessary criteria for easing quarantine measures introduced to prevent the coronavirus spread.
