Stolen Caravan-Attacked while walking dog- Downsizing

Catriona's newly purchased caravan was stolen. She and her 4 kids were looking forward to a planned holiday which won't now happen. Paul's sister was attacked while walking with her dogs. Marie and Anne live on their own in large enough houses. But they object to attempts to make them downsize as a way of helping the property crisis.
