Mother of Daughter who died in homeless accommodation

Joe spoke to Carol Connors whose daughter Ann-Marie died in homeless accommodation last April. Carol told Joe how her two grandchildren were alone with their mother’s body overnight and most of the following day in their homeless accommodation.
