The Women's Liberation Front (WoLF) in the U.S. is taking the Department of Justice and the Department of Education to court challenging a law which permits students to use washrooms and locker rooms they declare fit the gender with which they identify.  WoLF argues in its case it is unsafe to women to allow males to enter female locker and washrooms and that sexual assaults have already taken place.
