Today’s podcast:
Israel's response to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) interim response to South Africa's charge that Israel is conducting genocide against Palestinians in Gaza declares the charge to be "false and outrageous" and "it constitutes a shameful exploitation of the Genocide Convention that is not only wholly unfounded in fact and law, but morally repugnant."
As well:
Individuals in the employ of UN agency UNRWA, which supports the relief and human development of Palestinians, discovered to have supported and aided the Hamas brutality toward Israeli civilians on October 7, '23.
Guest: Israel's Ambassador to Canada, Iddo Moed

The Federal Court decides Ottawa's invoking of the Emergencies Act during the Freedom Convoy activities in Ottawa and elsewhere in Canada to have been a violation of all Canadians Charter rights. The Globe and Mail reported this week five members of Team Canada's junior team in 2018 are facing sexual assault charges and have been ordered by the London (Ontario) Police Service to turn themselves in. How will the LPS investigation have taken place?

And
How might a sexual assault case such as this unfold/develop in criminal court?

Jacob "Jake" Jesin. Rotenberg, Shidlowski, Jesin: - RSJLaw Jake Jesin. Regularly represents clients facing serious allegations of sexual assault, domestic assault and child abuse.

A question we assembled for today's program: The Super Bowl / Taylor Swift / Travis Kelce intersection.
On February 10, Taylor Swift's Eras tour stops in Tokyo.
On February 11, Super Bowl LVIII takes place in Las Vegas
On February 16, Taylor Swift's Eras tour resumes in Melbourne
If Travis Kelce's Kansas City Chiefs win against the Baltimore Ravens tomorrow and are in the Super Bowl, is it likely Taylor Swift will fly 11 hours and 30 minutes from Tokyo to Las Vegas immediately following her February 10 performance, to be in attendance at the SB supporting boyfriend Travis Kelce in Vegas, February 11 (even in a private jet) and then turn around to fly 16 hours and 48 minutes from Las Vegas to Melbourne to prep for the resumption of the February, 16 Eras tour date? Is this what entertainment world superstars might do, or is it too big an ask, even for love?
We ask one of the most knowledgeable music/entertainment experts. - As well for our guest, what are some of the more 'unusual' things music/entertainment stars have done in the name of love??
Guest: Eric Alper (Thatericalper.com) 16 times JUNO Award winner and nominated six times as Publicist of the Year during Canadian Music Week.
