Last night the legendary #12 played 330th game on Canada's national team against Australia. Sinclair is the world's all-time leading scorer with 190 goals. For next Tuesday's game B.C. Place Stadium is being renamed Christine Sinclair Place for one night.

George Pakos. Member of first Canadian men's soccer team to play in the World Cup in 1986. Scored half of Canada's goals to get the team in the WC. Two of the most important goals in the history of Canadian soccer.
 
AI slithers into mainstream media? Sports Illustrated being accused of the creation of fake stories written by fake humans ...eg 'fake news'?

"Canada's economic wellbeing is at its worst stage since the 1929 Great Depression." So said Toronto Metropolitan University macroeconomics professor Eric Kam on our program last weekend. We will pick up on that statement with Professor Kam today. (NP editorial: Canada's worst fiscal crisis is brewing) - Cdn economy shrank in QR, but economists not calling it a technical recession yet. Guest argues this is ridiculous.
