South Carolina mother is being investigated for publicly shaming her son by parading him at a local Walmart store for fighting and making homophobic remarks and 'behaving badly.' The boy whose age was not reported had the word "bad" written in marker on his shaven head. He was discovered last Sunday evening at the Walmart store dressed in a tutu, women's boots, a woman's undergarment and a T-shirt.The mother said she'd tried corporal punishment but it didn't work.
