Guest: Mubin Shaikh. A frequent contributor to the show, Mubin Shaikh has regularly appeared on CNN and other television networks. International speaker, including International Law Student Conference in 2004. Born and raised in Canada he had jihadi tendencies in his late teens and joined a militant Islamist group who saw the West as the enemy. After 9/11 Mubin travelled to Syria to study Islam for two years, then returning to Canada. Eventually became an undercover RCMP/CSIS agent investigating the Toronto 18 terror group, testifying against them in court in Toronto. Mubin Shaikh is studying for his Ph.D in psychology and is co-author of Undercover Jihadi.
