Kathy Wardle contacted and arranged for a physician-assisted death at the Dignitas Clinic in Zurich, Switzerland. Kathy's best friend was her sister Lesley Forrester who accompanied Kathy to the Dignitas clinic where doctors peacefully ended the life of Kathy Wardle.
