Convicted murderer, convicted serial rapist and declared 'dangerous offender' Paul Bernardo has applied for day parole in the Toronto area. Bernardo, now 50, was sentenced to life with no chance for parole for 25 years in 1995 for raping and murdering 14-year-old Leslie Mahaffy and 15-year-old Kristen French. Roy is joined by Scott Newark, former Crown Attorney and former head of the Office for Victims of Crime, Province of Ontario.
