Prime Minister Stephen Harper is expected to officially kick off the 2015 federal election campaign tomorrow. According to MainStreet Research polling last week for Post Media, the Conservatives national support numbers are close to 39%, or roughly where the numbers were immediately prior to the 2011 federal election.
