Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne is presiding over an electricity grid and electricity delivery system in the province which is seeing homeowners electricity bills catapulting and earned the Premier boos when she spoke in public a few days ago.  Wynne in turn accuses Ontarians of being "very bad actors" as far as greenhouse gas growth is concerned. Ontario's Auditor General has accused the Wynne Liberals of causing Ontarians to pay an unnecessary $37 billion over market price for their electricity over an eight year period and will add another $137 billion by 2032.
