Six police cruisers at their home and threats to investigate them for child neglect. What faced Maryland parents after permitting their 6&10 year old children to walk to the park unaccompanied. Children were trained by their parents to do this. Half a block from home when police intercepted them. So, jail the parents? Remove the children from their dangerous non-care? How could they??
