Then James Robertson's story became synonymous with caring for this one man by people who knew only his story. He walked because his car had broken down and he couldn't afford a replacement, or insurance. A crowdfunding effort raised more than $300,000 for James Robertson, a car dealership presented him with his dream car, a Ford Taurus and a board of individuals has been assembled to help him manage his money.
