Former Air Canada Captain (Boeing 777's) joins us to speak about A.C. operations in general in and around trouble spots such as war zones. - Also his personal experience in Israel during prior hostilities, including being evacuated from Israel - Extensive travel to the south and staying at a Kibbutz near the Gaza border. - As well, visit to Ramallah during hostilities of the second Intifada. - Current airline and government policies and recommendations regarding travel inside or near Israel's borders with Egypt, Lebanon, Gaza, the West Bank, Jordan and travel to Syria. Air Canada and European and U.S. airlines have suspended flights to and from Israel until further notice.
