The Saskatchewan Act tabled this week in the provincial legislature. The ACT confirms exclusive provincial jurisdiction over natural resources and Saskatchewan's economic future within the Canadian Constitution.

And it's moving to do the same with natural gas by 2035. On November 1, the province of SK said "to hell with that" but in a more sophisticated legal manner.
