We play back my questions and his answers, as I twice asked him if it's fair that homeowners who are faced with a home invasion and the threat of, or the fact of physical violence are charged criminally if they are able to reach and use a legally owned firearm to defend themselves. The Minister said at one point "we live in a society that has rules and people have to live by those rules."
