According to Professor Helmut Norpoth, Director of Undergraduate Studies and Political Science at Stony Brook University, New York State, Donald Trump has an 87% chance of convincingly beating Hillary Clinton on November 8. This according to a formula Norpoth assembled based on primary voting. He has been using it for 20 years, and claims that it hasn’t steered him wrong yet.
