June 18: John Nunziata, Had Prominent Role Nationally Representing Families of Victims of British Columbia Serial Killer of Children, Clifford Olsen

We began today's program with Tim Danson, longtime lawyer for the French and Mahaffy families and speaking for the families now over the national anger expressed over the transfer of Kristen French and Leslie Mahaffy's, abductor and killer Paul Bernardo from Millhaven maximum security prison in Ontario to the La Macaza medium security institution in Quebec. - We close out the program with former member of parliament and criminal lawyer John Nunziata who played a prominent role nationally in representing families of victims of British Columbia serial killer of children and subsequent national attention seeker Clifford Olsen. Olsen wrote a sarcastic and 'F' word laced letter to Nunziata from prison which Nunziata read on my program at the time. - Olsen also managed to collect CPP while in prison for mass murder and reached the semi finals of an international poetry contest. He was eliminated from that contest after I spoke with the U.S. organizer on air. I also spoke with the inmates committee during a live broadcast inside Joyceville (ON) medium security prison about Olsen.
