Eight former residents and activists in Hong Kong have had bounties of $1 million (HK) placed on them by Hong Kong police. We speak with one of the activists with a price on their heads.   
Benedict Rogers is the author of: The China Nexus: 30 Years in and around the Communist Party's Tyranny. Rogers was denied entry to Hong Kong in 2017 on the orders of Beijing. This was 20 years after he had moved to the city as a journalist and activist.
