Salvador Boada is a refugee claimant from Costa Rica with a wife, a six-year-old son and a baby due in April. His refugee appeal has been denied by the Immigration Review Board. Boada refused to participate in a money-laundering scheme through the business he owned in Costa Rica, which resulted in a fire bombing of his and his wife's business and a drive-by shooting at the home of his father-in-law.
