After adjudicating the case of two British Columbia parents for three years, B.C. Provincial Court Judge Bryce Dyer has ruled “the time has come for me to direct that I will not in future hear matters pertaining to these parents, unless there is some emergent situation and no other judge is available.”  What is it that caused a judge to fire himself because he cannot deal with parents of a now four year old child?
