positivity. Positivity. POSITIVITY!! We hear that word all of the time. We know if we just stay positive all the time, we'll get what we want, right? Well, kinda. All too often we worry so much about solely thinking positive that it almost backfires on us. It's like going on a diet and expecting to never get cravings or have cheat meals. While yes, it is the overall goal to live a more positively oriented life, it's more important that we experience all that life has to offer, and sometimes that includes not-so-good times.
