Started in 2014 when Chris Henderson met Gene Smith at a show, the fellas have assembled a 5-8 piece jam band attracting highly talented musicians and a full fan experience. Chris Henderson and Gene Smith join host Bill McGeeney as we discuss analog vs. digital technology (most notably in vinyl), the need for standing up for your principles, and the revitalization of Lansdale, PA. Gene Smith performs a live recording at the end of the podcast. The Gene Smith Band returns to the Underground by Round Guys Brewing Company on Friday, November 16, 2018.
