Success is the aggregate of good choices
Choices require action. But more importantly, they require action often times with incomplete information but to the best of our knowledge, and they require a confidence to fail. Failure gives you a sample of information from which to grow. Removing t he fear of failure and of judgment both in leadership and in being a team member all lead to a greater chance of making a choice that is good.
And good choices aggregate.
