In episode 5, we delve into a deep topic.  And this will not be the only time we do.

Seth Godin has mentioned many times the example of someone who approaches him wishing they could be a great writer, and when he asks them to produce their bad writing, they have nothing to show.

Getting good,  writing well, practicing better, none of it comes without going through the process of being no good.  But the bigger problem is that perhaps we in the medical community do not have, or have not provided, the space for someone to underperform.

What if we shifted our mindsets from an ego built on being intelligent to an ego built on learning.  What would that do to the process of error?
