A black Georgia family says a black district attorney mishandled the case of the fatal officer-involved shooting of Devonte Brown by not presenting all of the evidence to the Cobb County grand jury. The Brown family attorney is here to explain. 

The Supreme Court heard arguments in the election case to keep Trump off of Colorado's ballots. The questions asked by the justices seem to lean towards rejecting the argument Trump violated Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
