WELCOME TO A NEW SEASON OF THE ROCKSTAR REBELLION PODCAST 🎉

This season is all about planning & executing epic projects. I am going to be taking wisdom from lots of areas and looking at how we pour that into how we work on our business, or for that matter ~ absolutely ANYTHING in order to create a shift & momentum.

It's not about keeping doing the same old things, it's about doing something differently.

It's creating a commitment to the project.

It's about having goals & outcomes identified for the project.

It's about having a plan for the project.

It's about executing that plan.

It's about approaching the crescendo of that plan.

It's about reviewing & assessing that plan and then hitting the cycle again.

Woooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh there's going to be loads of epic stuff in this series. We will be diving deep AND changing the way you work so that you are setting yourself up for success, you are responding rather than reacting and you get away from simply going through the motions.
