Emma had found that with her client facing appointments she was giving away follow up appointments for free and felt like she was wasting lots of time that she wasn't getting paid for.  She is a mum and runs her business around her little one so really didn't have time to throw away.  



She also has a training side to her business and the prices were to be increased by all those offering this type of training - Emma was unsure how to deal with the increases in price in this part of her business.
