Phil is best known for his work with the bands Saigon Kick, Skid Row, Prunella Scales, Vince Neil, and Jake E Lee's Red Dragon Cartel. Phil has a new project called Panic Boom, and a documentary called '30 Years a Drummer'. Phil talked to Mistress Carrie about his new music, his career in porn, his line of sex toys, Play Girl, Oprah, Sex Rehab, drumming, songwriting, Vegas, and so much more!
