Courtney is a native of Byron, Minnesota and lived in Honduras for a decade before moving back to Rochester to work with Next Chapter Ministries. Next Chapter Ministries has been in the community for twenty years serving families impacted by the cycle of incarceration. On the show today we talk with Courtney about resiliency, grit, entrepreneurship, and skills development and how the organization has evolved over the last twenty years while retaining a focus on relationships.
