Sydnie Kittelson is an owner of Annapolis Fitness And Performance.  She has been in the field of performance and training for nearly a decade.  She comes from a background  in sport medicine and functional movement.  She grew up in Port Orchord where she opened her first business at the young age of 19, expanding it into Annapolis Fitness And Performance at age 27.
