What can borrowers expect from their banks?

Another official cash rate rise is on the cards this week with the Reserve Bank's next decision on Wednesday.  Most economists expect the OCR to rise by another half a per cent - or 50 basis points. But it is what the Reserve Bank governor Adrian Orr says about future direction that will be pivotal to what happens to retail lending. What can mortgage holders expect from their banks?
