Urban issues commentator Bill McKay joins Kathryn to talk about the situation with Auckland's Queen Street, and how work to improve it for pedestrians, cyclists and drivers seems to have ruined it for everyone. It's got Bill wondering about city centres in the pandemic era, and what they'll end up looking like without decent urban design.
