New data obtained under the Official Information Act shows senior Māori and Pasifika public and health sector workers are less likely to earn over $100-thousand dollars than their pākehā counterparts. The full extent of the ethnic pay gap is revealed in a study, published in the International Journal of Critical Indigenous Studies, aimed to identify pay disparities among senior management in the public sector.
