Vladimir Putin says he will prioritize the war in Ukraine, after securing a fifth six-year term as president Putin was declared the winner of the Presidential election with 87 percent of the vote, a result he says confirms the trust that the Russian people have in him.
But with no legitimate opponents, the election is widely regarded as sham.
