Keith Wiffin was repeatedly abused at the state-run Epuni Boys' Home in Lower Hutt when he was a child. He gave evidence at the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care at its first public session yesterday. He told Corin Dann he's happy with how the inquiry has been carried out so far.
