Police are promising a "significant" presence around parliament for today's planned antigovernment protests, but retailers are still worried it may not be significant enough for them to keep their doors open for business. Small-business operators are worried that the arrival of Brian Tamaki's Freedom & Rights Coalition at Parliament's grounds could mean their own departure from the scene.
